Shipping Process

All orders are dispatched by 361° Egypt through trusted shipping partners, covering all regions across Egypt.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare and hand it over to the shipping company for delivery to your selected address.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and status updates.

To make sure you receive all order details and updates, please provide a correct phone number and email address when placing your order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the details of your order, including shipment size, weight, and number of items.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.


Delivery Timings

Cairo & Giza

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

Other Governorates

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, high-demand periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Please note that inspection of orders upon delivery may not be permitted.

If you receive your order and face any issue with the product, size, condition, or item received, please contact our customer service team and follow our return and exchange process.


Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes its original packaging, tags, and receipt where applicable.

Shipping, return, or exchange fees may apply unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Our team may request photos or additional details to verify the case before proceeding with a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Return Costs

Shipping, return, or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of return, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly delivered.


Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available, and the return policy will apply once the order is delivered.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 14 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time.
