Returns & Exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange your order, please fill out the Return or Exchange Form located at the bottom of this page, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, labels, and receipt where applicable.
Return Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5 to 7 working days from the pickup date, including the quality check process.
This applies to Cairo, Giza, and other governorates.
Pickup
Your item will be collected within 48 hours of submitting your return or exchange request, depending on courier availability and your location.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition.
If the product is returned in any condition other than its original state, including signs of use, damage, missing tags, missing packaging, or incomplete accessories, the return request may be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
Delivery & Return Fees
Delivery and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In case of a return, delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refund Options
Refund options may vary depending on the original payment method used.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If your order was paid in cash upon delivery, the refund amount may be issued as 361° Egypt store credit.
You can use this balance for future purchases from 361° Egypt.
2. Installment & Payment Gateway Methods
If your order was paid using an installment or payment gateway method, such as Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact, Halan, Seven, Aman, Tru, or any similar available payment option, the refund will be:
Processed within 48 business hours, and reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
3. Bank Card or Bank Account Payments
If your order was paid by bank card or direct bank transfer, the refund will be:
Processed within 48 business hours, and reflected in your account within 3 to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s policies and processing time.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available for the same model only, in a different size, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Processing Time
Cairo & Giza
Exchange requests are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days from the pickup date.
Other Governorates
Exchange requests are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days from the pickup date.
The exchange process begins once the original item is collected and passes the quality inspection.
Important Notes
Defective or faulty products are eligible for a full refund or replacement after review and confirmation by our team.
Inspection upon delivery is not permitted due to shipping company guidelines.
